Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of jewelryai.video. The service generates marketing videos from jewelry product photos and offers subscription plans with different usage and storage limits.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. Uploaded images must be yours or you must have permission to use them. You must not upload content that infringes rights, is illegal, or violates applicable laws. Adult content, sexually explicit material, and any content rated NSFW (Not Safe For Work) are strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to pornography, erotic imagery, or any content designed to arouse sexual desire. We do not generate such content, and you may not use our service to create or process any adult or sexually explicit material. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your content and license to us

You retain ownership of the images you upload. By uploading content, you grant jewelryai.video and its subprocessors a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, store, and generate video outputs for your account, and to perform operations reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Generated outputs

Generated videos are produced from your inputs and our systems. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring they meet your brand, advertising, and compliance requirements. Availability of commercial use depends on your plan; see our pricing page and plan descriptions.

Plans, storage limits, downgrade, and our deletion rights

Each plan specifies credits, features, and the maximum number of stored videos (or equivalent stored assets) you may retain while that plan is active. For example, a Professional plan may permit up to 40 stored videos; Standard and other tiers have separate limits published on the pricing page. If published limits change, the limits shown in the product at the time of your purchase or renewal generally apply for that billing period unless we notify you otherwise.

When you downgrade from a paid plan to a free plan, we may restrict what you can view or access in the product—for example, you may only see up to 10 of your stored projects or videos—even if additional data temporarily remains on our infrastructure. This enforces the free tier's limits and does not by itself waive our retention rules below.

If you subscribe again to a qualifying paid plan within three (3) consecutive months from the date you moved to the free plan, we will restore your access to stored assets that we have retained and that your new paid plan entitles you to, subject to that plan's caps.

If you do not maintain a qualifying paid plan for more than three (3) consecutive months after downgrade to free, you acknowledge and agree that we may permanently delete stored assets that exceed what the free plan allows (or delete related files we no longer require to operate your free account), without additional compensation, in order to reduce cloud storage and operating costs. After such deletion, content may not be recoverable. Our Privacy Policy describes related data practices.

Fees and changes

Paid plans are billed according to the checkout flow you accept at purchase. We may change prices or plan features with reasonable notice where required by law. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance of updated terms or pricing as stated in any notice we provide.

Service limitations and disclaimer

The service uses AI and third-party infrastructure. It may fail or produce imperfect results. Except where prohibited by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; we will post the new Effective Date on this page. We may modify or discontinue features. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we need to do so for legal or operational reasons.
