Privacy Policy
Effective Date: March 28, 2026
jewelryai.video helps jewelry businesses turn product photos into short marketing videos. This policy explains how we handle your account data, uploads, generated outputs, and how we manage storage when your subscription changes.
What you upload (and what we do with it)
When you upload jewelry product photos, we use those images to create generated marketing videos for your projects. We store uploads and outputs as needed so you can preview, download, and manage projects in your account. Processing may involve third-party AI or infrastructure providers acting on our instructions.
Authentication and account data
We use Google authentication to sign you in. Google provides profile information (such as your name and email) that we use to create and manage your account. We may also store subscription status, usage, and billing-related identifiers as required to operate the service.
Processing, delivery, and downloads
Your uploaded image is processed by our systems to generate a short video. When a project completes, we show the result on the project page and provide download where your plan allows. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of files you need for archival or compliance.
Storage, plans, and retention when you downgrade
The maximum number of videos (or equivalent stored assets) you may keep in your account depends on your active plan. For example, a Professional plan may allow you to retain up to 40 stored videos, while other paid tiers have their own limits as shown on our pricing page. Exact limits may be updated from time to time; the in-product and pricing descriptions prevail for your account.
If you downgrade from a paid plan to a free plan, your account may only display and allow access to a limited subset of your stored projects—for example, up to 10 items—even if more remain on our systems temporarily. This is so we can enforce plan limits while we evaluate retention.
If you purchase a qualifying paid plan again within three (3) consecutive months after downgrade, we intend to restore your access to stored assets that we have retained and that your new plan entitles you to, consistent with that plan's limits.
If you do not return to a qualifying paid plan within three (3) consecutive months after downgrade, we may permanently delete stored assets that exceed what your free plan allows (or delete associated files we no longer need to provide the free tier), in order to control infrastructure and cloud storage costs. Deleted content may not be recoverable.
We may also delete or anonymize data when required by law, when you close your account, or as described elsewhere in this policy. You may contact us to request deletion where applicable; see Contact below.
Service limitations
Generation may occasionally fail or produce imperfect results. We recommend reviewing outputs before using them in production campaigns. We may update features, limits, or this policy; material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
